Integrative healing incorporates all of the healing tools that I have acquired over the years.  My favorite sessions, 2hr. Signature Service, are based in a foundation of Chinese Medicine, I begin with massage, then choose the acupuncture points most relevant to restore energy and harmony to the body, then place crystals on or around the body to also harmonize or break up stagnant energy, sometimes using tuning forks and singing bowls to facilitate this balance more.   Once needles and crystals are in place, I check and balance the chakras, next holding the head for cranial sacral and reiki to listen to the body’s energy on yet still a deeper level.

I have discovered that once you have an assortment of healing tools it is difficult to only use one modality, so I use them all in order to effect the most change in the shortest time.  I often describe my sessions as a “reset” button.  We know what feeling great is and we also know when that is not our current state.  We are all just atoms vibrating, using multiple energy systems together allows for a gentle layering that can help remove old thoughts, patterns or vibrations.  Allowing you a space to release and resolve obstacles that no longer serve you. My preference is always to be able to do the work that feels right in the moment for that patient.

Signature Service 2hrs/$160 USD ~ this has been cultivated over the past 22 years using all of my best tools to help clients resent and realign, often described as a “reset button”. Starting with a chat to understand where the client is starting from and what can best be addressed. We begin the session with aromatherapy and massage of back, neck, arms and hands to begin the relaxation. Then placing acupuncture needles on the back in specific points to realign mind, body and spirit. Once the needles are in I lay crystals on and around the body and continue with sound therapy to balance and harmonize using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks.  Next turning on to the back for more crystals and needles while deepening the session with cranial-sacral work.

Combination session 90min/$120 USD – a combination of multiple modalities. Generally massage and chakra balancing, acupuncture, cranial sacral.

Acupuncture or Cupping -1hr/$80 USD – I received a Masters degree in TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine. Depending on the patients complaint, can use TCM, 5 Element, Japanese or Auricular theories. All needles are fine gauge, single use, surgical steel. Placement of needles depends on the chief complaint and are generally painless. Needles are retained for approximately 30-40 per session. 

Crystal Chakra balancing 1hr/$80 ~USD – is a combination of crystals placed on and around the body in combination with singing bowls and tuning forks aligned with the chakras and specifies healing frequencies. I generally incorporate cranial-sacral and/or reiki to these session for greater alignment and longer term results. 

* I no longer offer 1 or 2 hr massages. There is massage within the 90 and 120 min services.
